The runes and mastery system are going to change soon, so the runes we have now will disappear after the update. So I was wondering if we will be getting an IP refund, or some other form of compensation for the runes.

yes but riot hasnt said what yet

also if you buy runes between now and when the new runes come out, it will be refunded.

Riot stated that Runes bought from now until RR launch (I think until launch) will be give a full IP refund with some being refunded before a certain date I don't remember (I want to say April 30th but I could be wrong).
