I'm running a small strawpoll on Reddit & League of Legends boards to conduct a survey on what is the strongest & weakest domination rune.
Comments and discussion are welcome at the bottom of the post. I will be reading and discussing any thoughts or opinions that you would like to share.
The dark harvest nerfs kicked it out of the top spot (and the nerfs were warranted, it was overtuned, but they might have overnerfed it).
So that puts the choice for strongest domination keystone between the other 3, predator is very strong on some champs but overall I'd say electrocute out-performs it because anyone can take it.
And lets be real, hail of blades was OP on jhin (because jhin passive interacts with things stupidly and breaks them), but overall it is a very gimmicky rune and you'd usually be better off taking something else.
