How to get out of gold

The easiest way to do it is to lose everygame.This way you'll go down to silver and technically,you'll get out of gold.

Depending on the lane, Prioritize helping other teammates with coordinated ganks. Be aware of where their wards are.

It depends on how you want to carry. I'm an ADC main so I just pick whatever is in the meta. Also in gold it is easier to pick an OP late game champion like Jinx or Kog and reach late game because their team doesn't close it out quick enough or feeds you.

Don't copy pros, question why they do certain things. Try to grasp it.

CS properly.

Accept to be carried sometimes.

Know your champs/matchups.

Get a dedicated champion pool.

And this should technically get you into Platinum.
