7.15 Reworks n Stuff

I think the ult stack nerf on was a bit too large, because if you get 10 stacks in 7.15 vs 7.14, you miss out on 400 health. Still, he's still kinda broken in the jungle (double ((ult & smite)). That makes it hilarious to steal barons (still haven't done it tho :(. ) Also, surprisingly, is not massively broken (as are some champs when rito does a rework) which makes for hilarious counterplays w (undying rage) but overall I think Rito did good in this patch. is ok now, but zed is still pretty powerful mid.
