Newlive Quinns sounds stronger then people think.

Everyone is scared about the new Quinn changes and is saying she lost a lot of power but I think she might come out with even more power now. Her new Q now doesn't blind but has scaling execute damage, regains half its cool down if it kills something, and most importantly now applies her passive mark. Now Quinn can easily proc 3 passive marks in a combo. While Quinns rides valor her passive cooldown goes down so when she flies in and auto attacks she throws a sky strike and valor will instantly mark her target for her to proc, then you can vault for a second proc, then end with a hard hitting Q (forgot the new name) since there health will be lower and proc a 3rd passive stack. Also now that her ulti has no cool down she will always have it to catch that last person trying to run for their life.
