When I was playing with the bilgewater challenge thing I really liked the announcer and was wondering if you could make different announcer from either famous youtuber's or really popular champs I hope you look into this! And fellow summoners what do you think?

I agree. I played a good amount of Dawngate back before EA shut that down, and the announcer packs from the different heroes were hilarious and I would spend more money on them than skins. If you played DG, heros like Renzo who sounded sexually confused were awesome.

But in all seriousness, I'd put down some money for an announcer pack. Hell, I'd pay for the equivalent of an ultimate skin if I could heard Videogamedunkey being a complete a-hole to me every time I do something.
I would like the sound packs for other languages riot already has done.
This would probably take a TON of effort but maybe if you get enough mastery on a champion you get an announcer pack for them?

I've been wanting innate support for custom announcers for YEARS. Riot said it was on the backburner or something. It's been on the backburner far too long--this is something that adds WAY more fun value than roughly 80% of the things in your average set of patch notes. Please Riot, make it happen...

I suppose famous people is fine, people will get a choice to have them or not (I personally would never want them). However, "really popular champs" sounds like an unfair idea. What about the people who don't like them and instead like other champions? They get nothing while only the people who like those champions get an announcer pack available for them to buy. This is a bigger deal than something like champion skins. It sounds like the same deal as I see with the skins that "celebrate Riot's anniversary" or whatever it was, such as that Primetime Draven skin. A straight-up legendary skin (minus new animations) for that price, while people who want to get, lets say, Kayle's legendary skin, have to pay double the price. I just don't see any equality whatsoever in that.

I agree. The Bilgewater Announcer was pretty cool, although his voice didn't match the theme of Summoner's Rift at all I liked how more interactive it was with what is going on around the map.
I would get a kick out of having a Troll announcer pack.
