HONOR LVL 3 FOR 4 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY PROGGRESS?

when honor system came out i was lvl 2 like everyone back then i didnt play for like 1month and i came back after 1months of honor system realise after maybe 3 weeks i got lvl 3 from then my friends were already 3-4 afte maybe 1 week from that my friend got banned and he got lvl0 and he still managed to reacive lvl5 in like 2months and im struggeling to get lvl 4 4-5months hello riot do i have any proggress?

You do make progress, it's pretty slow though. like if you're making an forum post about it with sarcastic remarks towards riot, it's safe to say you're not the most honorable player out there.

8.1 should roll out checkpoints on honor levels, so wait it out and see if you get any feedback out of that
