do i think i play nidalee for any other reason than i love playing her?
nidalee is trash right now. practaully every other champion the game can do the exact same damage she does or more without needing to land a skillshot first
they are more reliable in teamfights, and frankly outclass her in almost every way... but i play nidalee because i love playing her.
the sad part is i can even see nidalee affected by the damage creep. i am one shotting people i have no right to one shot and by 1 shot i mean use every ability

thats being sayed other champs can do with with just one ability now. and more importantly without the need to land a skillshot.
do u want to know what i miss about laning nidalee the most, being able to trade..., being able to pounce in.. pounce out.. heal. mana management determine if i made a bad trade or not. i can heal off damage sure.. but constant healing takes a LOT of mana.
nowadays there is no way in hell nidalee could ever lane. you would never be able to heal the damage done.
damage creep right now is absurd.

these SERVERY hurts her ability to support, which has already been made much worse when her W lost the ability to proc spellthief more than once,
it used to proc every half second with every damage tick, now even if a DIFFERENT champion walks into the are you wont get a proc, let alone procing twice on the same champsion
what what is keeping morg remotely viabale as support after this horrendous change that completly guts her lane sustain
and 
frost game gives her the speed boost and and a slow gives her the extra hp but MORE importantly the active item cdr
plus the 
passive allows to take 600 gold off your 
as well as get to use it early for one time
