Zoe's problem

Hi. I have a question. Why Zoe still can get free items and summoners from minions? Well... Its just my opinion but League of legends should be game when your skill is important. Right? Meanwhile playing vs zoe is a festival of RNG. You are on low HP? Oh hey its a free Heal/redempion. Oh no its a enemy bard roaming from bot and uses his stu n on me. What should i do? Oh ye i have free Cleanse from minion. Etc etc. im perfectly fine with stealing summs/items from other players. Im fine with thsi kinda insane burst with low cd. But playing game when your laning phase depends on luck.. just sucks.Just remove this retarded efect of RNG. Even crit chance is less annoying than.. THIS.
