Just sharing my stupid train of thought during the last Urf. "It'd be fun to have a perma-shield and some AOE... Hey that's more or less Rumble's kit I'm thinking about! ... Wait, Rumble silences himself if I spam too fast, that's his passive. That's a shame, I wanted a shield and a flamethrower. ... Hey! I would expect projectile speed also being reduced, but whatever.

As mutch I would love o play URF I would also love to play atleast on game of NURF.

I figured that they'd do Ultra Slow Mode this year for April Fool's, cause it just made too much sense. Seems like Sunfire Cape and other aura damage will be OP, since it isn't affected. Also, Infinity Edge doubles your damage. Maybe we'll finally have a reason to build Runaan's over Phantom Dancer too.

They'll probably do real URF too, since they have some other buff names.
