Is there a secret to CSing as Rumble?

I recently picked him up and can't last hit well with him for the life of me. He's Melee AP with spells that don't really work as wave-clear into mid/late game

Should I run AD marks? What's the secret?

Assuming you are talking about under tower, either get them low enough to 1 hit them with a melee after a tower shot using flamethrower or just overheat and that should be plenty of damage. Otherwise idk what to tell you just practice if you can't get it in lane

Join a custom game with no bots or players, use a blank rune and mastery page, and practice CSing. You always can go for a bit of early game AD, but the single best way is to practice with the lowest amount of AD you can have.
