Does Yasuo's E has splash damage?

Hey guys! I'm just beginning to play league and was hoping you guys could help me figure out how to do this one move with Yasuo. In his ability video for E, at the end it shows him dashing through a minion then dashing to an enemy champion causing them and any minions around splash damage so how do you do that? or like what is required to do that? lol. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I honestly don't know haha

Thanks!
