Balance and matchmaking system

I am a gold 5 player, main ad or mid but also can do top and jg. Idk how the matchmaking system works, but for every game I had troll teammates or just really bad players who does not belong to this elo, that are on my team. According to the MMR display on op.gg, my team mmr was constantly 100lp lower than the enemy team, thus my win rate with twisted fate drops from 91% to 66%, though I had high KDA and kill participation in almost every game. My ori and cait have average kda of 5, yet still lost most of games. I tried to talk through those bad players, teaching them how to play, yet those buffoons don't really listen to you, no matter im toxic or not. SO RIOT, HOW COME THAT PLAYERS WITH REAL SKILLS ARE GONNA BE STUCK IN THIS TIER FOR EVER AND EVER, BY TROLLS AND BAD PLAYERS, HOW DO GOOD PLAYERS CONSTATANLY GET THOSE TROLLS(NOT ONLY ME BUT LOTS OF MY FRIENDS), AND AT THE FIRST PLACE, HOW ARE THOSE TROLL GET TO WHERE THEY WERE PLACED. ARE YOU GONNA FIX YOUR BROKEN MATCHMAKING SYSTEM?????????

I find myself in a very different situation, but the problem is the same. I'm not good at this game. I know it, everyone on my team knows it. Sure, some games I can make a few good plays, but consistency is not there. And I somehow, about half the games I play, I wind up playing with and against people who are far more experienced (and therefore skilled) at the game than I am. I barely have 50 wins, but people in the game I'm playing have 200+ wins when I look at them in the score screen post game. Losing isn't fun, and losing so badly you're not even sure what you did wrong is downright discouraging. Honestly, I don't feel like I'm improving. It also isn't fun for anyone on my team, and I don't blame them for feeling that way either. I want to play with people of my own skill level, so I can face realistic challenges and improve, not play and get steamrolled. The matchmaking system ought to include relative levels of experience as well in their algorithm. A player with 70 wins and a 50% MMR is going to be very different from a player with 300 wins and a 50% MMR.
