A barrel of ale, some spilled miasma, a mushroom, a ring of ninja smoke, a viking's axe... These things provide vision while thrown in a bush. However, a concussive blast, fired from the very eyes of the Sentinel of Demacia, that doesn't reveal anyone in a bush?
Just my two cents, but that's odd.

Technically a utility buff, but this and some help with his mana problems could bring him back into the game.
Bushes have some severe issues to begin with. Honestly, I think bushes need a fade time like other varieties of stealth, so that targeted abilities and AA based champions aren't hard countered by an unkempt lawn.

Sorry he's not an 'LCS' approved ladder champ. No QoL, bug, or buffs of any sort for him. Riot says so.
Galio is perfectly fine and balanced at the moment. The true problem is there is this champion morgana that exists that is even more adept and powerful at countering AP. They even made a recent article about morgana in top lane. That is the champion that is crowding out galio. She does everything he can do except better.
I play a lot of galio in high diamond and he doesn't need a buff, its morgana that needs a nerf. She's pretty boring to play though so luckily she is mostly reserved to support
If any ability should grant vision i'd say it's Ahri's charm, considering her W and R will miss anyone in a bush.
Is that defined as QoL? More of a buff.
