This item takes what makes Zed unique and gives it to everybody who builds it.
AD assassins will be nerfed to the ground because an item that is unnecessary will make them all broken.
People who don't play AD assassin's are going to be salty af when playing against them because now they're all op.
Please Riot we don't want or need this item. There is no benefit to introducing it.

What about all the fighters who lack that smidgeon of damage to kill someone after a fight? Rather than AD assassins, i feel this new item will greatly aid fighters like shen and volibear who often leave a fight with their enemy still alive by a sliver.

wouldnt work for them very well. theyre auto attack based and would trigger the passive prematurely. you want to trigger it just before the end of the fight, not at the beginning of it when your opponent is still at full health.
how much damage can voli and shen do in two seconds?
however im curious how it would work out on garen. spin, q (triggers the item), ult could be quite devastating. has the drawback that you cant use your q to open the fight though and have to stick to your opponent without the silence somehow.

. . . Not much. Youre probably right; it would likely be best on AD casters like lucian and yorick then.
