Lee's q applying on hit effects?
Who else thinks Lee Sin(ong)'s second q should apply on hit effects? Would that be a good idea?

why would lee need this? He already have high base dmg.
idk, he wouldn't use triforce, I dont think it would do much for him
can't we just be happy lee sin isn't "omg op, king of the jungle since release"
