How can I last hit better with high ping?
I'm not bitching about high ping or East Coast servers, but I only want tips on last hitting with 105-120 ping. How do I improve?

Well the best thing you can do is get used to the amount of damage your Champion does and watch the flow of damage on your minions, then hit them when it's going to hit the mark, ala DDR.
