Riot and the new champions

Can we just talk about how riot makes their newest champions really over powered? (or at least it feels that way) Now I wont bring any names up cough cough It doesn't stop with one champion and it really feels like the past few champions have come out to be really broken but otherwise not used past the month of game play. I really cant stress this next thought enough. This is just how I feel and I could be wrong in my thought but its how I feel....
