Garen Buff in a few Patches

Meddler Confirmed a few days ago a Garen buff at patch 6.24 or 7.1 but how could that looks like? ill show u my thoughts off the possbile changes. (btw dont blame me i know me english sucks ^^) In the first steps ill show u the 'old abilities' . in Intermediate steps ill explain why the ability how it is doesnt work good atm and in the last step i tell u what i wanna change ^^.

Garens Passive (Perseverance) cooldown (9/6/4 Seconds)

Actually: If Garen has not recently been struck by damage or enemy abilities, he regenerates a percentage of his maximum health each second. Minion damage does not stop Perseverance.

I think for a fighter this Passive is Nonsense. Garen wanna be in fights so he need a passive who work in fights an not outside the fight ^^. And Garen is the only Juggernaut with no Sustain or health Shield.

New: Garen Converts 5%/10%/15% of the dmg he got from enemy Champs or epic Monster in Health or Armor and Magic Resist (chose one ^^)

Garens Q (Decisive Strike) Cooldown (8 Seconds)

Actually: Garen gains a burst of movement speed, breaking free of all slows affecting him. His next attack strikes a vital area of his foe, dealing bonus damage and silencing them.

Garen breaks free from all slows affecting him, and gains 30% movement speed for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds.His next basic attack within 4.5 seconds deals 30/55/80/105/130 (+140% Attack Damage) physical damage and silences his target for 1.5 seconds.

At the Actual Meta Garens slow remove sounds rly weak if we think about rylais and control mages who slow 24/7.

New: Garen got until the Duration of the MS buff a Slow resist of 100%

Garens W (Courage) Cooldown (24/23/22/21/20)

Actually: Garen passively increases his armor and magic resist by killing enemies. He may also activate this ability to grant himself a shield that reduces incoming damage for a short time.

Passive: Killing units permanently grants 0 armor and magic resist, up to a maximum of 30. Current Bonus: 0Active: Garen gains a defensive shield for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds, reducing incoming damage by 30%.

Cauz u got the mr and armor buff significantly fast it feels like ur W is useless in the late game.

New: Garen gains for killing units permantly armor and magic resist. Until a Cap of 20 armor and Mr .25 per unit. from 20 to 40 .15 per until. and after 40 uncapped .1 per unit (hope u understand my point ^^)

Garens E (Judgement) Cooldown (9 Seconds)

Actually: Garen performs a dance of death with his sword, dealing damage around him for the duration.

Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds, dealing 0 physical damage to nearby enemies -- 14/18/22/26/30 plus 34/35/36/37/38% of his attack damage , 0 times (increased by 1 every 3 champion levels) -- over the duration.Judgment deals 33% increased damage when striking only one enemy.Cancelling Judgment returns cooldown equal to the remaining duration.Judgment can critically strike for bonus damage.

Nobody know how good Garens E can krit. I think we need a better reckoning. I asked a few month ago a riooter how garens e crit he wrote he didnt know ^^

New: Judgement can be interrupted by Knock up, Knock backs and Bard ultimate or Zonhyas. If garens E got Interrupted he got the half of the cooldown back.

Garens R (Demacian Justice) Cooldown (120/100/80)

Acutally: The enemy champion with the most recent kills is the Villain. Garen's attacks deal additional true damage to that champion.

Garen can call upon the might of Demacia to deal a finishing blow to an enemy champion that deals damage based upon how much health his target has missing. This damage is true damage against the Villain.

Passive: The enemy champion with the most recent kills is the Villain. Judgment and basic attacks against it deal an additional 1% of its maximum health as true damage. Active: Garen calls upon the might of Demacia to attempt to execute an enemy champion, dealing magic damage equal to 175/350/525 plus 28/33/40% of the target's missing health. Deals true damage to the Villain.

The Random Facotr with the passive of his ultimate is bad and we know that. ^^

New: Until minute 20 the old R mechanic is still activated. After min 20 garen can every 5 minutes decide who the villain is. And the bonus True dmg is increased to 1.5%.

No. Don't rework him. Buff his abilities if you have to and that's it. He's perfect right now.
