Huge teemo nerf in season 5
I often play teemo just cause he's one of my favourite champs. I even mained him for a long time until he got knee jerk nerfed at the beginning of season 4.
But this new gigantic nerf puts the nail into the coffin for me and I willl not play him anymore until this gets fixed or he gets compensation in a buff.
Basically the new rift scuttler (or however that thing's name is) wanders around in the river and activates teemo's shrooms, making your minefield that has to be set up over minutes evaporate in mere seconds. It will tank all of your shrooms and basically nullifies the only thing teemo has over other squishy lane bullies, his objective control.
At this point he is not worth picking at all over something like karma that does more burst if his objective control is nonexistant.
I request some kind of compensation for this nerf
EDIT: Everyone who says 1 shroom will kill the crab has no idea what he's talking about. The crab can tank more than 6 shrooms and still survive. Also the crab will randomly spawn and destroy your shrooms before you even get there, so you cant just kill it immediatly after it reappears.
nerfs? The
or
nerfs? Maybe the
nerfs? That's nerfed into oblivion. Teemo nerfs are just that: nerfs.
Riot wants to make things fun, and a strong Teemo would make things very unfun. As he stands, he's a rather toxic (ha) combo of evasion, slows, and DoT. Making that competitve would make people stop playing normals just so they could be sure they weren't going to be playing against Teemo.
As for the Rift Scuttler, I, for one, think it's actually a healthy thing. It stops Teemo from turning everything into a minefield. He has to think strategically about where to put shrooms, not just slap them wherever he pleases. If the scuttler went into the bushes at the end of the river, that would definitely be a problem, but as it stands it just forces Teemo to prioritize placement instead of just dumping shrooms all over the river.

"I know, right! No one appreciates the shrooms! ...By the way...(looks around furtively) I'm selling them for 200 gold a pop. Want one?"
