Here's the thing I have with players who say that <particular champion> should not be used in <particular role>. Each champion has their own manner of unique elements and utilities that allow them to perform with flexibility in other roles. Specifically on the support role, whether it's a slow, a CC, a displacement, it can act as a useful manner of utility for a team.
You say MF support isn't balance but do you know what MF brings to the table as a support. Self mobility, a slow, zone control, and additional damage and utilities that your team may not necessarily have the potential to cover. How about Velkoz support: a slow, displacement, and quite a lot of damage if he gets a full combo off identical to that of Brand.
You say it's chaos and no structure to the game when more than often it's not. It's just the player not willing to think into how something could work in tandem with the composition that the rest of the enemy team has constructed. Players are very quick on the draw to shut down something that isn't what they consider "Meta." There's no such rule that states that things like Syndra bot lane or even Lux jungle are not allowed. Whenever you find a rule that says Marksmen are only allowed to play bot lane or even champions with low damage values are only allowed to support, I'd really like to know.
