Make changes to Will of the Ancients

First I'd would like to state that most of the times I end up building this item, when playing a champion such as Vladimir or Rumble, I start by buying the Hextech Revolver for the sustain and forgetting about it so I can get Haunting Guise or other items. Often I find that I do not need to complete Will of the Ancients since there are other higher cost items which I feel I need to be focusing. So I would like to suggest the following changes.

Will of the Ancients

  • Builds From Hextech Revolver - 1200 Fiendish Codex - 800 Haunting Guise - 1000 Gold - 300

First, changes to Haunting Guise are made. Haunting Guise only builds into Liandry's Torment and is more flexible to work with. The cost of Haunting Guise is reduced from 1600 to 1000, and the build cost is reduced from 765 to 165.

Additional changes need to be made to Liandry's Torment now. The cost stays the same at 3200. The Item now builds out of Haunting Guise, Blasting Wand, and Amplifying Tomb, plus 315 gold.

Now onto the new Will of the Ancients. The item changes from being a book to more of a mask which takes in tribute from spell vamp effects to call upon to call upon empowerment by an ancient will.

  • Stats +200 Health +65 Ability Power +15 Magic Penetration +10% Cooldown Reduction
  • Passives UNIQUE: Abilities instantly heal for 15% of raw damage dealt, including physical, magical and true damage. Area of effect abilities only heal 5% for every unit affected. UNIQUE Tribute: 20% of all healing from spell vamp is stored as stacks. (Healing from spell vamp is 20% less effective) When this item's stacks equal the players current max health the healing this passive is disabled and enables the active effect of this item.
  • Active UNIQUE: This item consumes 20% of your current health. For 10 seconds you gain an additional 25 ability power, 10% cooldown reduction, and 10% spell vamp. 60-90 second cooldown.

Overall I think that these changes would make for an interesting item, but personally would settle for any changes made to Will of the Ancients as it is.
