Banning Phase

I don't like the bans of all 5 players at once it should go as a snake ban like 1 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 1. The only reason this works in pro scene is because players are more known to play certain champs with the whole all 5 at the same time everyone is just gonna ban the same old same old i don't care to stay in champ select a little longer to let things play out if were so concerned about time then go more of a fast ban like 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2. As far as permabanned champs go why not have it to where the first person that picks cant have the champ they have selected banned this would stop the perma banning of the above popular champs.
