Armor Pen??

Behold, they only weapons in the game that give flat Armor Pen.

Should riot add more flat Armor Pen items? Or add armor pen to some existing items?

Like against a squishy target, cleaver and LW are kinda obsolete.

But against a tank, % armor shred are very useful.

They should add an item like this:

70 AD

Unique Passive: 25 Armor Pen

Unique Passive: Increases Armor Pen by 10%

With the tank meta, it seems like a logical addition to balance out the game.
