Bring old URF back

I was actually wondering if you can bring the old URF back and implement the 10 bans system, so this way the strong champs will no longer be so impactfull and give the players the right to pick the champ they want to play just like in the old days. Hope someone sees this and I really wish to be taken in consideration (I know I'm not the only one that asks for this, but still I would really appriciate if this can be done) becuase I'm really tired to lose like 3-4 games in a row just because of the unfairness of the game.
