@Riot:Tahm Kench or jinx changes coming?

I know this sounds like qqing but i talking about the worlds

He was picked 5 times now lost 1 and won 4 In the games where it was Fnatic vs AHQ jinx and tham were picked and dominanted the lane As far as my excepts goes jinx is a hyper-carry and should have a very weak early now i ask Are there nerfs coming for tahm or jinx ?Because i remember why urgot got nerfed,because of the taric+urgot combo although he wasnt picked that much but the times he got picked he applied hard pressure For my opinion i would only nerf some numbers no utility change: nerf hp scaling on ult? cooldown or dmg nerf on his w?

Or is jinx the oen who was too strong? i dont know
