@Riot Could you give any estimates when you'll start showing Ryze's big changes?

Can anyone at Riot working on the Ryze changes in your "Long-term vision" give any information when we will start seeing the changes you have in mind? Only information I know is that you'll have him ready before the Mage Update but I'm wondering how many patches players will have to wait to see what the blue smurf will be like with this balance change you haven't fully explained yet. I'm very excited to see Ryze get another shot at balance once and for all (maybe).
