I would just like to know if the balance team is looking at possible buffing Miss Fortune's Ultimate "Bullet Time"? Currently she is decent in solo que but lackluster in competitive play (proven by the fact that she is never picked). Giving her alittle more team fight presence may be enough to push her into the pro game. What are your thoughts on her ultimate, is it too weak, or are her current strengths more than enough to keep her ultimate as is?
I think that the major issue Is that they removed the one thing that made MF so strong before, her w, which most people overlooked and didn't even notice. Before on MF her W allowed her to get AS and Full stacks of her passive and grievous wounds. I think that riot really crippled her damage when they removed this, mind you regaining strut is really nice but its to hard to get the passive stacks on her w up quick enough to deal any real dmg.

Miss Fortune channels a flurry of bullets into a cone in front of her, dealing large amounts of damage to enemies.
Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 50/75/125 (+20% Ability Power) physical damage and applying a stack of Impure Shots with each bullet (0 additional magic damage for each stack already applied to the target)(0 represents the amount ur impure shots does at the time). Passive: The stack limit for Impure Shots is increased by 1/2/3.
So before you would pop W then enter bullet time and have them being hit by full stacks for the entire duration of the ult and applying grievous wounds so they wouldn't be able to heal up immediately.
It was such a large part of why she was good in AOE team comps, but with the removal of her W active it her ULT now does whimsy dmg and is now only used to wave clear and deal minimal dmg until mid/late game with items armor pen items. (even then its very underwhelming)
I just really want the grievous wounds back. It's near impossible to win trades anymore without it. I mean this is coming from someone who used to run her as a solo lane in bot lane and let one of my friends screw around as a second jungler or double mid or something random. I still won lanes doing this and it was quite frequently. She needed to maintain her old kit but her passive needed more use late game and her ult needed slightly higher scaling for AD MF.
Her Q already poked for a ton before and it was even more reliable even though it was more RNG (people moving out of it didn't make it get all wonky and stop half way through the animation). Increasing her Q damage on farming was a bad decision in my opinion especially because she is supposed to be a lane bully. Late game with about 400 AD her ult does barely even 1k damage while sitting there holding herself down and it being easily stopped/sidestepped.
Losing grievous for getting strut did nothing to solve her problems and in fact gutted her biggest role. Which was killing other ADCs and shutting down healing comps while being one of the only AD champs that could. I personally loved MF before the rework. Post rework she just feels like another generic ADC the only thing that remains is her passive and ult to make her stand out.
