LOL ADDICTION???????

I am a high school student who is a former league player. I started at the beginning of 9th grade and slowly got immersed into the world of lol. I found that after a while I had difficulty controlling how much i played and I kept saying to myself "just one more game". I was wondering what makes league addicting? Any thoughts? Is it psychology or social maybe?

it's a mix between that wonderful feeling you get from leveling up like in mmorpg's while that feeling is given to your every game because every game you get to lvl from 1-18. Not to mention the fact that victories in league are so so satisfying
