@Riot ZZ'Portal Still down, no notification saying it,
The notification saying zz'portal is disable on the client is gone but in game the item is still disabled, Might want to take a look into that.

They took the notification down.
They said the fix would be up next patch.
Your complaining about something you clearly didn't read...as it clearly said "Will be down until 6.4".
Notifications are taken down after a certain period of time, presumably so that new notifications that appear are noticed. If the icon is always up, then people won't check it. They will always be on the Service status page even after the notification is taken down.
6.4 is going to be launching tomorrow I believe so they took down the notification
