is it just me or is renekton incredibly weak with the new runes?

Hello

i've been maining the croc since season 2. While keeping a steady 55-60% win rate on a base of 100-150 games per season with him, i have now plummeted to just 48% in 50 games. I'm trying different build paths including cleaver only then full tank or cleaver,titanic then tank and in specific match ups cleaver,botrk full tank but nothing seems to work. He feels underwhelming

What are your thoughts based on your experience playing him this season?

Many say that he is with the new runes, since he and other top laners "don't have a keystone". Apparently Fervor of Battle was the "perfect keystone" for top lane or so people say on boards as much i've seen.

He makes a decent ADC. Other than that, my experience with him is limited in terms of new runes. I hope the answers are positive though, as I plan to play him in ranked top at some point as well.

I can't say if he's strong or weak because I haven't seen any in months.

So he must be really weak.

Clearly Fervor of Battle was a very good fit for him, so he is weaker without it. Renkton has some minor buffs to his Q damage on the PBE right now. Also, changes to the rune path stats where taking Precision + Domination gives a mix of Attack Speed and AD should be a small buff to Renketon (I think it is 9% Attack Speed + 5 AD...I don't fully understand the Press the Attack changes...some call it a buff...it looks like a massive nerf to me). I could see those changes bumping his win rate up 1% or so...assuming the PtA changes are fairly neutral.
