Regular Summoners Rift, unbalancing issues

How come i cant fight in ranked, i want to fight players that have my skill level, instead of fighting players literally 100x my level (note that i was level 31). my last match was against a whole team of 100s and their JG was 310-315. there was 1 person with around 43. im starting to think that Riot does not care at all about balancing. I love this game, but the constant wash of 100s-300s is putting me off. this game really matters to me, i love it alot, but its just... i cant keep playing it if its just gonna be like this.

Riot, please do something about this. its starting to really get annoying that i keep getting Bulldozed each match.

If your below average in ranked you don't see balance till you sink. Even then, as its super easy to play for a loss your liable to run into asshole smurfs who are there just to pubstomp players like you.

Its not a balance issue so much as inherent issues with 24-7 RNG ques and free account creation.

Hum... You know, Lets see if we can get the community to lend a hand to the new player experience.

Edit. Aight Lets see if any one steps up. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/KBxYi702-everbody-who-is-down-to-lend-a-hand-with-new-player-experience

You are also welcome to add me should you like.

Ok, I know it may seem bad, but high level accounts that are near your MMR at 30ish level as a new players are actually not good players.

And also, level doesn't matter for matchmaker, the only thing that matters is your MMR. Don't worry, if you persevere for some games you will be matched with people near your skill bracket more reliably. Since you are atm new, your MMR is still very flexible and that's why you may see all sorts of enemies/allies in your matches.
