Jayce nerfs on PBE, what about Zed and Fizz?

Hyper Charge (Cannon W ) attacks now deal 60/70/80/90/100% damage from 70/85/100/115/130%

Yes I know this is PBE and they might change it but I rarely see them actually doing it. Nerf is solid, not some light taps here and there, just straight up 30% scaling taken out. Personally I know Jayce is a really strong champion and I admit that his previous nerf didn't changed much.

How do you guys feel about that? Fair or a bit over the top? I am not Jayce main but I enjoy him a lot and I hope they won't overnerf him like Kog'maw that is again one of the least popular adc in whole LoL.

Do you think Zed or Fizz will see similar treatment in near future? Two characters that aren't exactly overpowered but ppl hate to play against them and are getting tired of their mobility.
