Does anyone like ranked flex?

Tbh I find it very shit and it is probs worse than blind pick it seems you run into trolls more often and generally more toxic players not only that the match making system is very bad. I have friends in Diamond who get Qd with bronze players and silvers like w0t. Any thoughts on it?[slayer-jinx-unamused]
