Vladimir has been broken and unkillable for way too long. Whether he is fed or not. Can we get this fixed

so something changed that went unnoticed/undocumented
vlad wasn't a problem until the last 2 patches
King Livid1 votesNothing changed for Vlad other then other champs getting nerfed. No runes/items he uses were buffed. If his win rate increased it's because his opposing champs got worse, not because he got better.
