Dling patch 5.6 for second time?

Why did my league just start downloading after i logged out and logged back in? i Dled the 5.6 patch the day it came out now its DLing again and the patch notes didnt change.. Can someone tell me what is going on...

It's probably downloading the URF data, unless that already showed. Then, idk either XD
