Runnans Hurricane Jhin? Why not
There is likely a reason why runnans isn't good. But it seems to me like it would be pretty decent on jhin. His autos hurt so much wouldn't it be nice to slap two people with one of those hits? Just curious

All joking aside, I'm curious too. I've never really thought about this before.
Because other items are better and the bolts don't apply his fourth shot bonus.
It's a good item on him. The damage benefit in teamfights is really nice.
the bolts of runaans only deal 25% of his AD in damage so its not even close to what other items can provide. Runaans is good for champs that use on hit well.
It's not terrible, but other items are so absurdly more effective that it's never WORTH building it over other item buildpaths.

do. I would recommend if you really needed the wave clear because it gives you magic damage that crits which is good in fights given Jhin's crit build tends to have or nearly have 100% crit. Also hurricanes bonus autos do not deal nearly as much damage as his main (only 25% damage), nor do they apply his 4th shot's bonus damage.
But in the end, it is just personal preference because all of the zeal items are "good" on him.
