When we will recieve the Tristana changes that were promised to be released in the preseason?

I don't remember the topic exactly, but I remember the message pretty well. A rioter said in comment in reddit around patch 6.16 (when they started to buff Vayne and Ashe was going to recieve nerfs) that Tristana had a "problematic kit". Supposedly she's a "jack of all trades" and has too much in her kit, and they were going to look at her in the pre season at the earliest becuase if they buffed her, she would outclass most of the carries.

So Riot, I'm a Tristana main so I'm hyped about the changes that you could give to her (pls don't remove her W). So when are you going to change her more or less? . At the start of the next season? Or in a few patches? I'm curious.
