Chosing roles in ranked
Can I PLEASE just play jungle and support 50% each instead of having to play god damn boring top lane 25% of the time since I can't que support every game wihtout GETTING it every game.

Nope because there's a demand disparity between support and every other role. Queue support and you'll get it 95% of the time. If each role had an equal player base then there'd be no problem. But there isn't so this problem exists because of the community.
