Title. AP champs hit WAY harder than they should it feels like. A Zac earlier with just an Abyssal Scepter, Cinderhulk, and Warmogs was nearly one-shotting people with his full combo.
Also just AP feels overtuned on URF, it was like this last year too. Intended?
who woulda thought the casters(commonly AP) would gain the most benefit out of 80% CD and 100% mana reduction huh?
Karthus Q literally doesn't have a CD...
Surprise, Caster DPS is gated by cooldown and mana consumption.
Surprise 2, Caster cooldown is near non-existent and mana consumption is literally non-existent in URF
