In the Last 2 days i played like 15 games and I swear in atleast 10 of those i lost my plates tower or fb against junglers. And I don't even push most of the time,Its like im freezing near my tower but the second i chase their top laner to kill him the enemy jungler appears, and its 90% of the time. I get so tilted that I even left 2 games its impossible for me not to rage when im getting destroyed by junglers 5 games in a row. I play jax mostly-top

Firstly don't leave games as your team may be able to carry, you getting camped means your jungler can put his pressure elsewhere if he is not helping you and also if enemy jungler is top, dragon seems a possible objective to take or bot tower.

You need to learn to see how enemy players react when jungler is there and when he is not, they'll bait you into going all in and this is probably why you get tilted, i as a jungler will camp a lane if they keep making same mistake of not warding and overextending/getting baited easily. If you die once, you need to play much safer and it is much better to just farm under your tower as Jax especially, you are playing a late game champion, you just need to scale to carry.

If you manage to survive a gank or two, enemy jungler will probably focus other lanes so this is how you avoid getting camped, well as long as you survive without using flash so they don't come back again soon and this can be quite difficult. Even if you use flash it is fine, just play much safer and keep the pressure in your lane without dying often, enemy jungler is spending his time in your lane so don't you think your jungler can spend time on mid or bot.

You shouldn't see it as a big disadvantage if you are getting camped, you are drawing pressure of 2 enemy players, if you can keep it up without losing too hard, your team will win as they are essentially playing 4v3 with their jungle pressure.

Yeah I feel bad for leaving too tho I never leave games where I can be carried and we dont lose like 1-10 in the first 10 mins, but thanks a lot for the advice,I mean i mostly freeze it or farm safely when the lane is harder but I swear the second i push their jungler appears...

Well there's your problem:

  • I don't even push most of the time, I'm freezing near my tower
  • I chase for kills.

If you're doing both of those things, then it sounds like you're very often chasing kills past your own minions. Which you don't want to do as a champion with no ranged poke, because you'll take minion aggro anyway and pretty much never get the kill since you don't have the damage too 100-0 that early.

But you also need to ward the river. If you're on the red side, get a control ward for the tri bush. Ward, ward, ward, is what you wanna do.

When you do go for fights, do not just use your E for the stun. The dodge is a major component of his ability to counter other fighters. And make sure to save your W for the auto-attack reset on your second auto for an extra quick Conq stack instead of blowing it on your Q or the first attack after you Q.

Oh yeah, and you literally contract yourself to an agreement that says explicitly that you will follow the Summoner's Code, which includes never leaving games. So unless you wanna get banned, don't do that.

Thanks a lot of the advice,I know the Jax mechanics and I win the lane like 70% of the time when its a 1v1 but for the like past 10 games its not the case. Its like my enemy pushes the whole game, and then when I'm about to push even once the jungler appears and kills me.I don't really r%%%%% chase the enemy when hes low,I just shove it but thats often how I get killed.

So don't shove when you don't have vision. Simple as that. Applies to every champion in every lane.

Ward the pixel brush at 1:20, use that to determine the JG pathing for the first few minutes of the game

Aggressive solo kills are almost completely dependent on the JGs unfortunately... I agree it is very frustrating for laners who just want to focus on their 1v1. Deep wards or counter ganks are the best bet.

From a toplane standpoint, there isn't anything you can do. Just hope that your jungler is getting things done on the other side of the map.

I play a lot of Jax. Dont chase for kills without knowing where the jungler is, because you DO have a target on your back to keep you from scaling. You're also super hard to dive under tower when your E is up, so abuse that power if the enemy jungler is coming.
