Remove the surrender option

It ruins the game. As most games can be turned around with a bit of smart playing. This is why people don't get better or just give up easily and only want games that they do perfect in. At least change it so you can only surrender if you have a leaver. (Not just disconnecting actually leaving the game determined by how long they've dc'd for.) or make a game mode option for players who don't want their game ruined because you got whiny little brats that give up after dying a bunch so they ff and ruin the game for people who actually have common sense when it comes to mobas. There's a max lvl and only 6 slots, there's always time to catch up.

Better, give me an option to surrender twice. I accept to lose RP, lose LP and have 2 defeat to my count. I recognize that my team threw that much...

Some people pay for PC cafés and stuff and they would rather surrender at 20 than play a game out for an hour or so.

I think it's good to have. Even if I'm fed and my team is feeding I will often surrender because I'm most likely playing off tank Elise, which doesn't carry.

HotS doesn't have one because its easily turned around and it only lasts 20-ish minutes. League... doesn't. It usually lasts 30+ minutes and at the moment isn't very easily turned around.

We need surrender, too many players are unable to identify why they are losing lane and get mad when someone points it out. I don't want to play a match where my top lane is 0/6/0 and still cannot figure out why he is losing or come up with some sort of strategy to stop feeding. I hate to say it but there are many really bad LoL players. We need surrender to spare the rest of us the disappointing waste of time.

If anything they should remove the "exit game" button, it's COMPLETELY REDUNDANT NOW!

But super cereal now: not letting players who want to end the game surrender would just encourage them to feed and try to end the game that way. I'd rather have FF spammed in chat than having someone completely tune out and just keep giving away free kills.

We actually need the opposite. A 15 minute surrender button in this current meta would be nice. Especially considering that many games can be clearly decided within 12 minutes right now.

I see my post weeded out the your typical players that have no common sense or hate change- even if it's a good one. At least half you losses from surrendering could've been turned around and won or at least had a close game. "I don't want to waste my time playing an unwinnable game." This is why you'll always be stuck at the level you're at. With that logic, why waste time playing games? it's a typically a waste of time it doesn't benefit you in anyway, it's just a way to kill time, unless you're trying to become pro-- which clearly you're not; because professionals and people with common knowledge know that anything can happen and even the slightest opening can turn a game around. As stated, you kids just want easy games. What's the point? So you can feel good about yourself? That's pretty comical.

Again, surrender option is a total joke and is only there to keep noobs with no ambition from not playing league. I won't deny some games are painfully impossible to win. But that comes with games; but most games that you see people popping the vote can be turned around, which is normally why I duo I've lost track how many times my team wanted to surrender and we ended up turning the game around and winning. If your time was really precious you wouldn't even be playing games.
