Bringing back Zephyr?

So i think bringing back zephyr is a really good choice right now in this point of the game. It could boost the mobility of some bruisers who use it Irelia XinZhao or assasins Yasuo Zed Talon and even adc-s Vayne Jinx . It was overall a really great item,and could bring back balance i think with some nerfs and buffs on some champions,items and keystones. What are your thoughts on bringing Zephyr back?

I don't think Irelia Yasuo Zed Vayne and especially Talon need more mobility. Like at all.

well irellia yes but the other no.And i have said balance in the game like adc-s and things.And it was an overall great item for on hit champs

but that is a special item,not just talking about the mobillity,even gold efficent.Now wits end is kinda used instead of it for stats.
