Just a weird thought in mind. I heard that Cho'gath's Vorpal SPikes proc things like Liandry's burn,. Rylai's Slow, Spell Vamp, and even Sheen? So I was wondering if I auto a creep and the spikes hit the enemy champ, does it proc the Grasp for the heal?
Spell effects: yes, on-hit effects: no. That means: Liandrys works, Spell Vamp works. Sheen does not; it applies on auto attacks, and so does Grasp, so it won't work.

liandrys and co are on-spell effects, grasp is on-hit. basically evrything that uses noremal lifesteal does proc grasp.
And cho's E does NOT proc sheen!
