HexTech Key Fragments... >.<

Is it just me or are key fragments ridiculously hard to get? I am able to play ten plus games with decent to good scores and receive not even one fragment. Currently I am sitting on 6 chests and only two fragments and when I consider buying the keys with real money it is not worth it because the chest and key bundle is like 20 rp more. I just wish there was a more stable/reliable way to earn said fragments so I'm not stockpiling chests that won't be opened this century.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
