Remember season 1 and 2 when Fort pot top laners crushed so they increased the cost of fort pot to prevent these sometimes unfair cheese strat? Why not reduce the gold and exp in jungle camps unless you have smite and machete until the 5:00 mark, not only is there no downside to doing a camp but the amount of gold and EXP you get is completely ridiculous...
