Taking over someone 's afk game

Say your playing a normal or ranked game. Someone goes afk or leaves game. Wouldn't it be cool people waiting for a match to get into a new game have an option to connect to an existing game witch has that afk player. To take his or her role?

Yes, but only if said person joining queue is approved by other members of team (minimum is 3 people summoners rift and scar, 2 treeline) and only on mini games. Character would stick with champion given already and would act as fill-in essentially. That would be best option.
