AFK Players

Players have been going AFK even more than usual, and the numbers continue to grow. I WILL stop playing this game and spending good money on skins and such if the other 4 out of 5 players on the other team are penalized for one person's actions. To restate, there are 4 people that queue into a ranked match to not only have fun, but rank up. When we lose LP because one person decides they do not want to play and they would rather tank in LP, why should the other 4 have to suffer the same consequence? Now going into season 5, I hope this problem is dealt with much more seriously.

Solution: When someone leaves or AFKs, give Loss Prevented to all other teammates and make the leaver/afk'er take the LP loss that everyone else WOULD have gotten.

That would be the easiest way. If I am correct, Riot once commented on that solution saying that players would intentionally leave a game or go afk to save the LP of other players. Most of the time in solo/duo, that is not going to be the case. Also, they could easily apply a timer, if that is their concern. If the player is afk from 0:00 to 05:00 into the game, loss prevention could be handed out to the other 4. There are a ton of different ways they could go about it.
