Kassadin or Azir

Kassadin has better poke than Azir does... and better mobility too... Azir might as well be a melee champ now Even his ult has a short range... like, melee range...

since they're both melee fighters, Kassadin is a safer pick since he has built-in damage reduction with his passive and shields

Azir is really fun, been playing him for a while, strong zone control all game with his soldiers and his poke can be devastating. For max usage you gotta learn the shuffle but once you do you can do some sick initiation/peel. I can't tell you anything about Kassadin, never really played him
