If the enemy team has a Master Yi 
its like they've already won depending on how good he is, Yi's attack speed is really fast and can tear down turrets with huge amounts of damage he is almost unkillable if he is good or even an average Yi, should Yi be nerfed or am i exaggerating?

Many Rammus make the mistake of buying

Maybe before they get their finished jungle item. I don’t know how you are managing that considering 90% of yi’s damage at that point is true damage.
